About a year ago I went to a seminar named The Millionaire’s Conference. I had gotten free tickets for it in the mail. Free is free! One of the speakers was named Wayne Gray. Wayne Gray spoke about tax liens. He was told us how we could make a lot of money investing in tax liens. I had never heard on investing in tax liens. I thought it cool that you could earn 18% or more by investing in tax liens. There was even a possibility of getting a cheap chouse. It was kind of like investing in real estate, but from a different angle. The seminar, or package that Wayne Gray was selling cost around three thousand dollars. That was more money than I was willing to spend to learn more about tax liens. A lot of other people had no problem slapping down their credit cards to buy his stuff thouugh.
I later bought a book titled Profit by Investing in Real Estate Tax Liens : Earn Safe, Secured, and Fixed Returns Every Time by Larry B. Loftis. It only cost $13. I learned that investing in tax liens wasn’t as easy or straight forward as Wayne Gray was making it out to be. Thats okay. I had fun at the seminar, and learned some stuff about tax lien investing.

Purchased the program, after about a month of not having time for it, I tried to return it for a full refund but I was denied. This is not good business practice or good business ethics.

Tax liens are a VERY risky investment for those that aren’t real estate professionals. Institutional investors and wall street have made it unprofitable as well. Take the $3,000.00 for the seminar and put it into a 5% CD.

Mr. Gray is a respected real estate expert whose specialty is the little known world of real property tax lien certificates, where the profits are guaranteed regardless of economic conditions, real estate values, mortgage interest rates, or other factors that usually affect real estate profits.

You don’t have to be a real estate invester to make money with tax liens. I have been making money online for the last two years, and have done quiet well in helping others do the same. I just got back from a seminar where Mr Gray was speaking on this subject and the product is well worth the $2500 if YOU are willing to put the time in to learn the skill. The biggest risk is doing tax lien investing is not educating yourself on exactly how it’s done. The educational materials he has provided is the best I have seen. Plus you get a personal coach to answer any questions you have and that guides you all along the way.
The only way you would make a return on this is if you don’t put it into practice. For those that don’t put your money in a CD at 5% and remain poor.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, are you interested in selling the package?

I have had so much fun investing in tax liens with Wayne Grays course. The information offered is so complete and anytime I have questions I can call for help and always get it. I am getting ready to foreclose on some property right and I wouldn’t have been able to do so without help from the Wayne Gray’s course. It is well worth the money. You know the saying, “give the man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach him to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”

I’d love for Wayne Gray to publish his tax returns and show how much income comes from tax liens….and how much from the seminars.

If anyone has Wayne Gray tax lien program and wants to sell it please contact me. I missed him last weekend in Boston after waiting a year for him to come back. Does anyone know where to buy his program online instead of through a seminar? thanks! superflyLD@gmail.com

It is hard to get started in tax liens unless you already have money to invest. It isn’t a good business to start if you don’t have access to funds.
