The thrift pla came to me as part of my mom’s estate. After a bunch of headache’s a year ago, I got it set up to where I would be getting 51 monthly disbursements. Thinks went along fine until early february when they sent me a total disbursement. All of the sudden I had over $70,000 in my account. I did not want the money all at once as it would kill me at tax time next year! I talked to the manager who helped me get it set up, and we got it reversed. She said I would get the next month’s payment no problem. Well it got to be March 7th, and I didn’t get a disbursement. I called, and found that there was a problem. But I was told that they were going to manually send the payment. Then last week I got a call from some chucklehead named Chris who had some info, but couldn’t give it to me because I didn’t have my account info. When I got home, I called them, and after being on hold for 15 minutes, I talked to a woman named Pauline. She told me that they would not be able to pay me retroactivly for February. SO I asked to talk to the manager again. I was told she would call me within two days. She never called. So I called this morning and left a message for her. She called me back me back and told me that they got it straightened out so that I would get my payment. So hopefully everything is all fixed, and I can get my payments without any more problems! It has been a real pain in the a** dealing with these people! I don’t think it is too much to ask that people deliver what they say they are going to deliver.

mabe you should writ ea letter to those people asking why they dont do what they say they do.Then if you have any more problems just write a letter to their managment

My lawyer wrote them a letter over a year ago. Thought I had it straightened out then.
