They are going to reverse the total disbursement. The total disbursement happened because the account was in the name of the estate, and not my name or something like that. But looks like they will be able to reverse the ACH transaction (direct deposit), and then put all of the money back into the thrift plan as if nothing happened. I got another call back. It sounds liek they are going to reverse it. The question now is can they reverse the ACH transaction that put the money in my account or if I am going to have to send them a check for $71000.
