- I happened upon this book at a friend's house. After taking a course on bookkeeping in order to get ahead in my job, I still found myself unable to fully grasp the complexity of the topic. Also, this course wasn't the most interesting topic, which might have been the real problem. If you seriously need to understand bookkeeping, forget about the course, and read this book.
