I am not a heartless person. I think that leniency might be in order. Just as soon as he reinburses each and every person for the money they lost, plus damages equal to the amount they lost. Then maybe they could cut his sentence shorter. But until then, he should rot in jail! Go to hell Bernie Ebbers!
This man is as much of a terrorist as the islamic radical bombers. He has caused terror in the lives of thousands or millions of those who have been terrorized with the loss of their security. Put this man away. He has scared people to death. In reality, he is a killer.
