Their press down here in the U.S. is beyond bad. I can't state postively they are being sued in a class action by disgruntled ex-customers, but I know the idea is being bandied about on various forums. The biggest complaint people have is you can only get a refund if you DON'T get training on how to use their software. If you Do get training, then No refund. That defies both logic and common sense.
